It is a joke--check the address--it is the Woolworth Building, which has 57 floors, the office claims to exist on the 58th floor (no, I didn't figure this out myself, but I found someone who did!)

In that case - this is pretty durned funny!
I also hear Parisians have unanimously voted to open up the Eiffel Tower for use as a public laundry drying rack. You know, to save energy.
